Hi, my parents have asked me to send a big thankyou to your company who have just replaced a new boiler in their property. They are in their 80’s so are not on social media but wanted you to know how impressed they were with your service. The engineers who fitted it were so professional and friendly. Allowing strangers into their home is a big thing for them but they felt really comfortable while they were there. They also helped in other ways.
