Hi, my parents have asked me to send a big thankyou to your company who have just replaced a new boiler in their property. They are in their 80’s so are not on social media but wanted you to know how impressed they were with your service. The engineers who fitted it were so professional and friendly. Allowing strangers into their home is a big thing for them but they felt really comfortable while they were there. They also helped in other ways. They advised my dad with an issue he had with his car. Please thank them both from the bottom of their hearts from Janet and Len Eaton. I think they enjoyed the biscuits too!
Christine Eaton
Thank you for our fantastic bathroom. James and James worked really hard, and were a pleasure to have around the house. Would definitely recommend.

The team at Palmer's have just completed my new Kitchen and hallway renovation project. Having previously used Palmer's to fit Central Heating and a complete new bathroom I didn't hesitate to use them again for this latest project. The professionalism of the entire team is second to none and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to Kris ( owner ) and Curtis ( Office Manager ) for organising the project and a massive shout out to James who was fantastic and spent three weeks in my property completing the entire project which consisted of complete Kitchen upgrade, plus new flooring, doors, architrave and skirting throughout the kitchen, front porch and hallway. James's attention to detail and workmanship was absolute quality from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was completed exactly as I wanted. Should you decide to use Palmer's you will not be disappointed with the end result. Thanks again to the entire team.

When we finally decided to have our gas boiler replaced, I was impressed by Chris who came and gave us the quote. His patience and explanations of the requirements led us to place the order with Palmers. This turned out to be a good decision. The work was completed over 2 days by Carl, another knowledgeable and friendly installer. We appreciate the effort that was taken to accommodate our requirements regarding pipe layouts etc. There were a couple of problems post-installation, but these were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Palmers. It’s also worth saying that the people at the end of the phone were friendly and helpful.
J.Keith Oakley
We recently had our lounge gas fire, and valiant combi boiler serviced by Palmers Plumbing and Heating. The Engineer arrived in very good time, used shoe covers and dust sheets when working in the lounge, carried out a professional service on both the gas fire and combi boiler, in fact stripped the boiler down by each component part, right back to the mounting plate! Only once before have we witnessed this done by a service Engineer👍. I would recommend this Company to anybody, very reliable.
Michael Parker
I recently used Palmers to replace my boiler and radiators and install a new shower. Their quotes were itemised so I could see exactly what I was getting and everyone who I spoke to from the office to the engineers were lovely and you could tell that nothing was too much for them. The work they did was fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing or heating work doing.
Suzannah Lynn

The engineer designated (James the younger) arrived at the correct time and carried out the task in a superb manner he left the area extremely clean and tidy. Overall we were extremely impressed with all aspects of the work carried out by Palmers and will definitely use them again.

Beverley Soanes
Needed someone to service my boiler and was recommended to try Palmers as a local company. Great service from start to finish. The office answered my call within a few rings and booked my appointment for a few days later. Craig arrived on time, explained everything and left everything tidy. Very easy and efficient, just what I needed. Excellent service from local company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend
Adam Dunne
I had two jobs that needed doing, the first was replacement of a sink waste pipe that had cracked. The work was completed to a superb standard, replacing the old push-fit system with a plastic welded one. The second job was the replacement of a leaking stop tap, which again was done very neatly and efficiently. The plumber was also courteous and polite, and tidied up too!
Paul Taylor
The team at Palmers plumbing were brilliant, I could not recommend any more highly. The communication was easy and friendly, the engineer that came out to fix our problem arrived on time and did a great job at fixing it as well as informing us of any other possible issues. We felt in safe hands and that's so important. Thanks Palmers, 10/10!
Rachel Bunce
I recently used Palmers Plumbing to replace most of my older central heating radiators, for larger more efficient ones. They carried out a home visit to measure up the room sizes, to advise me of the sizes I'd require, and straight away I could tell that I was dealing with a professional company. There was no "hard" sell approach, indeed I'd expected to be told I'd also need a new boiler, but was advised that although it was a few years old, it had been well maintained, and they felt it would continue to give good service for the foreseeable future, which saved me quite a lot of money. They completed the work on the agreed date, and did a fabulous job, even though they had to extend most of the pipework, afterwards you could hardly tell they'd been on site, apart from it being so much warmer, and that the radiators were bigger and shiny! They cleaned up everything, and took away all of the old radiators and rubbish. I am happy to recommend this company, and their work force, to anybody thinking of having any work done, and would like to publicly thank all those involved in our upgrade.
Andy Norris
Really great customer service when I made my enquiry for the plumbing required. Carl the plumber who carried the work out was really knowledgeable and tidy. Definitely would recommend them.
